Asian Law Caucus has been publishing over 40 multilingual bulletins since 2007 to fill a gap in the information older Californians living in San Francisco have about their rights and available support programs. In partnership with La Raza Centro Legal, Legal Assistance to the Elderly, and Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach, we publish several bulletins each year covering important local, state, and federal issues. Previous articles have discussed topics including tenants’ rights, restorative justice for elders, and rights of elder workers regarding age and disability discrimination. In addition to English, each edition of the bulletin is translated into Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
La Raza Centro Legal is leading the development and distribution of senior rights bulletins to community members across the city.
