On April 27, 2020, a federal judge issued a permanent injunction against ICE in a class action lawsuit, Chhoeun v. Marin. This is a community advisory.

This class action lawsuit (Trinh) was filed in February 2018 to challenge the immigration detention of Vietnamese immigrants who were ordered removed but cannot be sent back to Vietnam.
